Rates

All rates are in UK Sterling and include 12% Florida state lodging tax. The prices are for the villa regardless of the number of guests. Optional pool & spa heating is available upon request (£140 per week for both pool and spa heat). A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 14 days.

Please note that bookings under 5 nights will be charged an additional £55 cleaning suppliment.

We can also accept payments in US$ at the current exchange rate, please ask for a quotation.
