Orange Tree is a community offering a variety of luxury villas with private pools, set in a tranquil orange grove environment.

For anyone wishing to enjoy Florida without the attractions, head around 7 miles north of the community on US27 for the Lake Louisa State Park. Within this conservation area, there are numerous nature and cycling trails, as well as spring fed crystal-clear lakes for fishing, boating and swimming.

Should you wish to stay closer to the villa, communal facilities include tennis and basketball courts, large playing field (soccer pitch) and a children's playground.

Travel 2 miles south of the community for the local shops, which includes a post-office, small supermarket and pizzeria. For all those essentials, there is a WalMart Supercenter, which is conveniently located a further 1 mile south on US27. Adjacent to WalMart, there is a Blimpie Subs & Salad, Quiznos sub, Wendys, Taco Bell and a Chinese take-away. Should you need it, there is also a Lowe's electrical superstore on the other side of the road.

For evening meals, a vast number of restaurants can be found on the US192 (east, towards Kissimmee). However, if you prefer to stay closer to home, there is Randy's restaurant and Devenney's Irish pub around 3 miles south of the community.
